Well, what I did was I looked around to see what the average size of stamps were. And its 99 by 55 pixels. But I knew that was too small to really work with so I blew the size up to 990 by 550 so I could work with it more easily. And then by putting whatever I wanted into it after I was done I saved my work as a JPEG and then went to it again and reduced the image size to 99 by 55 and viola you've got a stamp.
